There should be a rule that if you intentionaly report someone for no good reason, then the person who reported the person gets a warning. If it is continued, then it should be considered a 3 day ban. Also, if someone makes a thread on the wrong forum intentionaly or to try to get more thread veiws, then the thread is moved to the proper location and the person who made the thread gets a warning. If this is continued then it is a 3 day ban.
